1:1s

1:1 sessions are ideal if you are new to Pilates and want to learn the basics before joining a group class or you would prefer to work on equipment. They are also good if you are looking to challenge yourself with more advanced exercises, if you are pregnant or are recovering from injury and have specific things you want to work on.

 
 

I teach 1:1s at Victoria Park Pilates. The studio is in the north corner of Victoria Park and is a beautiful space to exercise in. There is a range of big and small equipment, including Reformer, Tower and Pilates Chair. Please contact me to discuss availability and for more information.
